I love the lightbox! Where can I get one?

My Cinema Lightbox is new to North America! We launched in early fall of 2015 exclusively online. We are pleased to now offer various large and small retail availability. Please visit our retail partners for locations across Canada, and Chapters.Indigo.ca for online availability. For alternate online shopping options in the US: shop at UrbanOutfitters.com or Fab.com.

Shipping Guidelines

We ship domestic to USA & Canada and Internationally for a flat rate (see below). 

Ship to any address in Canada or continental U.S., free shipping over $55. Canadian sales tax applies to provinces, no state tax is charged to U.S. addresses. No additional duties or fees apply in Canada and USA. Please allow 1 business day for order fulfillment. Shipping charges apply to states outside of continental USA, depending on weight this will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Internationally

Pricing is determined by country zone. Flat rates vary between $15-$35USD using DHL Express Worldwide. We cannot guarantee delivery in some countries due to unstable postal services. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there.

 International customs and duty fees will apply and are not included in the cost of shipping.

Return Shipments

Please view our refund & exchange policy here. If your shipment is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address 
or unclaimed parcel, we will charge a 10% restocking fee to recoup the costs of shipping and fulfillment. We will refund the remaining amount of your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, and take note of our quick delivery times to be sure you don't forget to pick up your package from the postal office!

All items are considered final sale. Please see our refund/exchange policy here. Orders are processed at a fulfillment centre that cannot accept general returns, please contact us directly for any issues at support@one11imports.com.

We strive for the best quality of our products and give as much information as possible to make an informed shopping choice. We have many photos posted on social media (see Instagram) and encourage customers to check out our reviews or ask questions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Of course! We are entrepreneurs by heart, and always thinking of the next way to bring new innovations to our lightboxes. Like you, we realize how fun and versatile this product is, and our goal is to see it become the next big trend across North America. What about the Handmade Wooden Lightbox? When will you bring these back?!

We thank all our amazing customers for your enthusiasm and excitement, and appreciate the feedback in wanting these back in stock! Unfortunately, we will not be producing them in the near future. We made a total of 85 limited editions, kudos to the lucky ones!
