Christmas, New Years and everything in between can be a stressful time of year. With all the gift lists, busy shopping malls, family gatherings, holiday parties--meanwhile still trying to manage your day job--it can really take a toll! But fear not, as we've put together a few ultra-chill activities that will bring you back to your cool.
Get Behind The Scenes
There’s nothing we love more in weather like this than to hole up inside, next to a toasty fire, tucked under a blanket, binge-watching our favourite series. This ensures the cold air and snow are kept at a safe distance—outside your window. #NoMittensRequired

Play Winter Sports (It’s a thing)
Physical activity has been proven to help us de-stress. Even though it’s cold outside, you can still find ways to get the heart pumping and the body moving. Why not get your buddies together for a friendly hockey game out or even just head for a skate? Not so great on the ice? Then hit the slopes to score some fresh powder. The fire (and the nog) will be there to reward you when you’re done.

Namaste The Day Away
It's a great time of year to detoxify and a steamy hot yoga class will do just that for you. Sneak away from the chaos of holiday shoppers, snowy roads and overbearing families to enjoy an hour locked in a heated room to just bend, stretch and breathe. You’ll leave feeling fit, fresh and totally centered.
Bubbles
Who says bath time is just for kids? We say it’s a stress-reducing activity everyone can enjoy. Soak the stress away with a little music, dim lighting and maybe even some epsom salts or bubbles to really get into it. And you know what goes great with bubbles? Bubbly! #ChampagneShowers

Catch Some Z’s
The holiday season usually means you get to enjoy some time off work, so use this time to recharge your batteries and catch up on sleep! This time of year, the sun rises later and sets earlier, so why not follow suit? That is… unless the little ones in your family plan to wake you at 0 dark hundred to hit the stockings.

Get Shit Done
Part of the reason you’re probably stressed is carrying the sheer weight of your to-do list. Christmas calls for lots of shopping, wrapping and shipping, as we all well know, so do yourself a favour and start this process in November so that come Christmas break, you can sit back, relax and just bask in the glory that comes with an entirely checked off list, and a pile of beautifully wrapped gifts beneath your tree. BAM.

Indulge In The Good Stuff
Tis the season for Bailey’s in our morning coffee, and egg nog with rum at night! And the whole family plays along! It’s been a long year, and you’ve kicked 2016’s ass, so go for it — you deserve it!

So tell us--what's on your agenda this holiday season?
