With summer coming to a quick close, it's only appropriate to appreciate the things that came with us to beach days, kept us company on airplanes, and are preparing us for the school days ahead. That's right, books. Whether you were submerged in romance novels or were drowning in AP pre-readings, there's a good chance we all read at least one book this summer. And what better time to celebrate our love for books than Book Lovers Day (August 9th)?

Summer is in full swing, which means we're planning cookouts, barbecues and backyard hangouts galore.
